It's About the People.
Cartwheel: Revolutionary Technology Support
Why call it Revolutionary? Because we’re not just supporting your technology. We’re supporting you. Cartwheel helps users navigate the world of technology by focusing people as much as on technology. In a world where tech support is typically stressful, bewildering, and slow… people-centric tech support is a revolution.
Where we’re coming from
Cartwheel is personal technology. “From day one, we knew we would be on the right track if we handpicked a team that is technically savvy, understands the true nature of what service means, and enjoys client interaction.” Josh Feder and Rafi Kronzon crystallized this vision in 2003 when they founded Cartwheel (then called Personal Technology, a nod to the personal service ethic they so valued). Years later, Cartwheel continues to embody customer-centric tech support at every turn. With a growing team and a fan base of happy customers, “personal technology” is, as much as ever, what it means to be Cartwheel: revolutionary tech support.
My experience with Cartwheel was more like meeting with a friend than having an appointment with a service company. They took care of everything I asked for, and even some things I didn’t know to ask for.
We’re working for you
Technology support seems straightforward enough – but there’s a reason that the business has earned a reputation for being complicated, expensive, and inflexible. When you lose focus on the human aspect of technology, you miss out on the most important part of what support should be. We have a team that’s dedicated to creating solutions built with people in mind. We’re redefining the business.
The Team & Founders
The Cartwheel team includes professionals with advanced degrees who have worked as system administrators, IT managers, consultants, and educators. They’re amicable, fun, and really really smart. And they’re ready to help you.
